How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Yonyx Interactive Guides

Supported Features

The Okta/Yonyx Interactive Guides SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Yonyx Support team (support@yonyx.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. The Yonyx Support team will process your request and provide you with Subdomain, Customer ID, and Login URL values.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Yonyx Interactive Guides SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

    • Enter your Subdomain and Customer ID values provided to you by Yonyx into the corresponding fields.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!
