How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Zestful

Supported Features

The Okta/Zestful SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Log in to Zestful as an administrator.

  2. Click on your account, then select My Settings:

  3. Navigate to Settings > SAML (SSO) Settings, then follow the steps below:

    • Customer ID: Make a copy of this value.

    • Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • SSO Target URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
    • Click Save Changes:

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Zestful SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Enter your Customer ID from step 3 into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:

  5. Done!

The following SAML attributes are supported:


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to: https://app.zestful.com/sign-in

  2. Enter your email, then click Next:
