How to Configure SAML 2.0 for TerraTrue

The Okta/TerraTrue SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the TerraTrue Support team (hello@terratrue.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following Metadata URL with your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The TerraTrue Support team will process your request and will provide you with your Customer SSO ID. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the TerraTrue SAML app, then click Edit:

    • Enter your Customer SSO ID into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:

  5. Done!

  1. Go to: https://launch.terratrue.com/

  2. Enter your email, then click Continue:
