Existing TeamsID users cannot use Okta. To use Okta, you must use a new account.
Navigate to: https://app.teamsid.com/login/saml/initiate and enter the following:
Enter your email address: Enter your new account.
Enter your Issuer URL: Copy and paste the following URL:
Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
Click Next:

user.email
user.firstName
user.lastName
user.id
IdP-initiated flows, SP-initiated flows, and Just In Time (JIT) provisioning are all supported.
Enter your E-mail.
Click Sign in now:
