Supported Features

The Okta/Talkdesk SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Login to your Talkdesk account.

2. Click on your user icon, then select Settings:

   

3. Navigate to Admin > Preferences, scroll down to the Single Sign-On section:

   

4. Follow the steps below:

   • Select a Provider: Select Okta.

   • Enter your Okta Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • Click Save.

   

5. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Subdomain field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to Talkdesk.
