The Okta/ProProfs Knowledgebase SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Log in to the ProProfs Knowledgebase.
Go to Settings > Private Sites:
Enter the following:
Enable SAML: Select Enable.
Enter Security Certificate Fingerprint: Copy and paste the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
Enter Unique Identity ID: Copy and paste the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
Click Save:
Done!
Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Subdomain field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to ProProfs Knowledgebase.
