Supported Features

The Okta/PlayVox SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Sign in to your PlayVox account as an administrator.

2. Click on the gear icon, select Community > Security, then check Allow SAML sign on for everyone:

   

3. Enter the following:

   • Remote Login URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • Remote Logout URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Issuer URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • X.509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • Click Save.

   

4. Done!
