How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Pingboard

Supported Features

The Okta/Pingboard SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Login to Pingboard as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Add-Ons > Integrations:

  3. Select Okta, then click Configure:

  4. Copy and paste the following into the IDP Metadata field:

    Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

  5. In Okta, select the General tab for the Pingboard SAML app, then click Edit.

    • Enter your Pingboard Subdomain into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

    SP-initiated SSO

    1. Go to: https://[your-subdomain].pingboard.com/sign_in.

    2. Click Sign In with Okta.
