Supported Features

The Okta/Navex Global - Policy Tech SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Login to your Navex Global - Policy Tech account as an administrator.

2. Navigate to System Settings > System/IT Settings > Login Settings > SAML 2.0, then enter the following (see screen shot at end of step for reference):

   • Verification Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Sign-on URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Service Provider ID: Enter [your-policytech-subdomain].

   • Click Save.

   

3. In Okta, select the General tab for the Navex Global - Policy Tech SAML app, then click Edit.

• Enter [your-policytech-subdomain] into the Subdomain field.

• Click Save.



4. Done!
