How to Configure SAML 2.0 for LiveRamp

Supported Features

The Okta/LiveRamp Connect SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Email your LiveRamp representative (either at your-org-name@liveramp.com, or the generic help email address (help@liveramp.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • IP SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • IP Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Cert: Save the following x.509 certificate as saml-cert.pem and attach it to your email:

  3. The LiveRamp Support team will process your request and will provide you with a Customer ID value.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the LiveRamp app, then click Edit.

    • Enter your Customer ID provided to you by LiveRamp into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:
