Email your LiveRamp representative (either at your-org-name@liveramp.com, or the generic help email address (help@liveramp.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.
Include the following information with your request:
IP SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
IP Issuer: Copy and paste the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
Cert: Save the following x.509 certificate as saml-cert.pem and attach it to your email:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
The LiveRamp Support team will process your request and will provide you with a Customer ID value.
In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the LiveRamp app, then click Edit.
Enter your Customer ID provided to you by LiveRamp into the corresponding field.
Click Save:
