Supported Features

The Okta/Lever SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO
• JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Lever Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following:

   • Login URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • x.509 Certificate: Download then upload in .cert format:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. The Lever Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported.

Name	Value
email	user.user.userName
firstName	user.firstName
lastName	user.lastName

For SP-initiated SSO

1. Go to https://hire.lever.co/auth/login.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Click Next.

   

4. Click the Signn in with SAML.
