How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Hightail

Supported Features

The Okta/Hightail SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Hightail Support team or create a ticket through https://hightail.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • Metadata URL:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • Certificate:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. The Hightail Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to https://spaces.hightail.com/corp-login.

  2. Enter your email, then click NEXT.
