How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Halo Communications

This setup might fail without parameter values that are customized for your organization. Please use the Okta Administrator Dashboard to add an application and view the values that are specific for your organization.

Supported Features

The Okta/Halo Communications SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Halo Communications support team at support@halocommunications.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Save, then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The Halo Communications support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. Done!

SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to https://secure.dochalo.com/.

  2. Enter your email, then click Continue:
