Supported Features

The Okta/Global Relay Archive SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Global Relay Support team (support@globalrelay.net) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Attach the following IDP Metadata to your request:

   Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

3. The Global Relay Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. In Okta, select the General tab for the Global Relay Archive SAML app, then click Edit.

   • Select your Environment Type.

     Guidelines:

     https://login.globalrelay.com/cc/sp/sp1, select Production

     https://saml.login.dev-globalrelay.net/cc/sp/sp1, select Stage

   • Click Save.

   

5. Done!
