How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Banyan Command Center

The Okta/Banyan Command Center SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Sign in to the Banyan Command Center instance as an administrator.

  2. Go to Settings, then enter the following:

    • IDP Issuer URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • IDP Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • Org Name: Make a copy of this.

    • Click Update:

    Enter SAML Config values

  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Banyan Command Center app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

    • Enter the Org Name you copied earlier (step 2) into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  4. Done!

SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to: https://net.banyanops.com/login

  2. Enter your Org Name (step 2).

  3. Click Submit.
