Supported Features

The Okta/FloQast SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the FloQast Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Attach the following IDP Metadata URL:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The FloQast Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the FloQast SAML app, then click Edit.

   • Application username format: Select Email.

   • Click Save.

5. Done!

Notes

• Make sure that you entered the correct value in the instance field under the Sign On tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to FloQast.




• The following SAML attributes are supported:

  Name	Value
  FirstName	user.firstName
  LastName	user.lastName
  Email	user.userName

  
  

  SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to either:

     • For US instance: https://go.floqast.com/login
     • For EU instance: https://eu.floqast.app/login
  2. Click Login with SSO.
  3. Enter your FloQast email.
  4. Click Login.
