How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Helpjuice

Supported Features

The Okta/Helpjuice SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Login to your Helpjuice account as an administrator.

  2. Click on your icon, then click Settings:

  3. Navigate to Company Settings > Single Sign on:

  4. Enter the following:

    • SSO Domain: Enter the domain your users' emails are under (user@company.com).

    • SSO Company: Enter your Okta’s company name.

    • Identity Provider URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Fingerprint: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • IDP Metadata (XML): Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.
    • Click Save.

  5. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to https://helpjuice.com/users/sign_in.

  2. Click Custom Single Sign On.

  3. Type your [helpjuice-subdomain] into the Subdomain field.
