How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Gliffy

The Okta/Gliffy SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Gliffy Support team (oktasupport@gliffy.com or support@gliffy.com) and request the ACS URL for your account.

  2. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Gliffy app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the ACS URL you obtained from the Gliffy Support team into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save:

  3. Login to Gliffy, click on the silhouette in the upper right hand corner, then select Account Settings:

  4. Click Single Sign On, then enter the following information (see screen shot at end of step for reference):

    • Paste Sign-In URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • X.509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
    • Click Test.

  5. The login process will be tested. Wait for the Test was successful. Click Enable to continue message appears.

  6. Click Enable to enable SSO functionality within your Gliffy account:

  7. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Open Gliffy Login URL: https://www.gliffy.com/go/auth/login.

  2. Click the Sign in with SSO link.

  3. Enter your Email into the corresponding field.

  4. Click Sign in.
