Enabling SAML will affect all users who use this application, which means that users will not be able to sign-in through their regular log-in page. They will only be able to access the app through the Okta service.
Backup URL
Retrium does not provide a backup log-in URL where users can sign-in using their normal username and password. Contact Retrium support to turn off SAML, if necessary.

Contact the Retrium Support team at support@retrium.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.
Along with your request, provide the Retrium Support team with the domain for your enterprise email account as well as the following:
Login URL/SignOn URL: Copy and paste the following:

x.509 Certificate: Download, then upload the following in .cert format:

The Retrium Support team will provide you with a Connection Name.
After receiving a confirmation email from Retrium, back in Okta, select the General tab for the Retrium app, then click Edit.
Enter the Connection Name provided to you by Retrium into the corresponding field.
Click Save.
