Supported Features

The Okta/Trello SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO
• JIT (Just In Time) Provisioning

Configuration Steps

1. Contact your Trello Account Representative and request that they enable SAML for your account.

2. Provide the following information:

   • SAML Certificate: Download then upload the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • SAML SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. Trello will process your request and send you a confirmation email. They should also provide you with an Enterprise ID.

4. In Okta, select the General for the Trello app.

5. For Company Name, enter the Enterprise ID provided by Trello.

6. Click Save.

   

7. Done!

Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:

Name	Value
User.Email	user.userName
User.FirstName	user.firstName
User.LastName	user.lastName

For SP-initiated SSO

1. Open the following URL: https://trello.com/login/sso.

2. Enter your Email or username.

3. Click Log in.
