How to Configure SAML 2.0 for iObeya

Supported Features

The Okta/iObeya SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the iObeya Support team (support@iobeya.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Attached the following Metadata file to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The iObeya Support team will process your request and will provide you with the Single sign on URL, Audience URI and Relay State values.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the iObeya app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Relay State value provided to you by iObeya into the Default Relay State field.

    • Enter the Single sign on URL, Audience URI values provided to you by iObeya into the corresponding fields.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:

SP-initiated SSO

  1. Go to the Relay State value provided to you by iObeya (step 3).

  2. Click Login with Okta:
