How to Configure SAML 2.0 for iDeals VDR

The Okta/iDeals VDR SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the iDeals Customer Support team at support@idealsvdr.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your organization. Attach Identity Provider metadata below to your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  2. The iDeals VDR Support team will process your request and will provide you with the Company Name value.

  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the iDeals VDR app, then click Edit.

    • Encryption Certificate: Download the following iDealsVDR.cer file, then Upload it to Okta:

      Saml.Okta.iDealsVDR.cer

    • Enter the Company Name value provided to you by iDeals VDR into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  4. Done!
