How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Zylo

Supported Features

The Okta/Zylo SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Login to your Zylo account as an administrator.

  2. Go to Admin > Saml Info (https://app.zylo.com/admin/saml).

  3. Enter the following:

    • Zylo SAML Configuration: Turn this On.

    • Identity Provider: Select Okta.

    • SAML SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Identity Provider Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Public Certificate (from Identity Provider): Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Click Save.

  4. After saving, make a note of the Company Name value (inside quotes) shown below Zylo SAML Configuration.

  5. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Zylo app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the Advanced Sign-on Settings section.

    • Enter the Company Name value you made a note of in step 4.

    • Click Save.

  6. Done!
