Supported Features

The Okta/Workteam SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Sign in to Workteam as an administrator.

3. Navigate Account > Organization settings.

4. Scroll down to the AUTHENTICATION section.

5. Click the OFF button below the Okta option:

   

6. Enter the following:

   • Single Sign-On URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to the Okta Admin app to generate this value.

   • Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • Click OK.

   

7. Done!
