How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Worktap

1. Send an email to Worktap Support and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Attach the following:

   • IDP Metadata: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

   • x.509 Certificate in PEM text format: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. Worktap will process your request and will notify you when SAML is enabled. Once enabled, you can start assigning people to the app.

4. Done!

   Notes:

   IdP-initiated flows, SP-initiated flows, and Just In Time (JIT) provisioning are all supported.
