Supported Features

The Okta/Workgrid SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Login to your Workgrid account.

2. Click Security Settings:

   

3. On the Workgrid Security Settings page make a copy of your ACS URL and Pool ID values:

   

4. Still on the Workgrid Security Settings enter the following:

   • Name: Enter OKTA.

   • SAML Metadata: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

   • Email Attribute: Enter email.

   • Name Attribute: Enter firstName.

   • Family Name Attribute: Enter lastName.

   • Click Create:

   

5. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Workgrid SAML app, then click Edit.

   • Enter the ACS URL and Pool ID values you made a copy of in step 3 into the corresponding fields.

   • Click Save:

   

6. Done!

Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:

firstName	user.firstName
lastName	user.lastName
email	user.userName
