How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Workable


Read this before you enable SAML

Enabling SAML will affect all users who use this application, which means that users will not be able to sign in through their regular sign-in page. They will only be able to access the app through the Okta service.

Backup URL

Workable does not provide a backup sign-in URL where users can sign in using their username and password. You can email Workable support (support@workable.com) to turn off SAML, if necessary.

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Workable Support team at support@workable.com and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

    • Certificate: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. The Workable Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

  4. Done!

  2. Click Sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO):

  4. Enter your Account subdomain, then click Sign in:
