How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Wiredrive

1. Contact the Wiredrive Support team (support@wiredrive.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following Metadata URL with your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The Wiredrive Support team will process your request and will provide you with a Subdomain.

4. In Okta, select the General tab for the Wiredrive app, then click Edit.

   • Enter the Subdomain provided to you by Wiredrive into the corresponding field.

   • Click Save.

   

5. Still in Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Wiredrive app, then click Edit.

   • Enter the following value into the Default Relay State:

     https://accounts.wiredrive.com/sso/authenticate

     Note: This step is required to support IDP-initiated flows.

   • Click Save.

   

6. Done!

Notes:

IdP-initiated flows, SP-initiated flows, and Just In Time (JIT) Provisioning (you need to opt-in in Wiredrive) are all supported.

For SP-initiated Flows:

1. Go to https://[your-wiredrive-subdomain].wiredrive.com.

2. Enter your Email.
