How to Configure SAML 2.0 for VolunteerMatch
This setup might fail without parameter values that are customized for your organization. Please use the Okta Administrator Dashboard to add an application and view the values that are specific for your organization.
Contact VolunteerMatch at clientcare@volunteermatch.org to enable SAML for your VolunteerMatch account, and provide them with the following data:
- Issuer (Key):
Sign in to the Okta admin app to have this variable generated for you.
- Login URL:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
- Logout URL:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
- Certificate:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
The VolunteerMatch team will notify you once SAML is enabled.
Note: VolunteerMatch supports IDP-initiated flow, SP-initiated flow, and Just In Time (JIT) provisioning.
