How to Configure SAML 2.0 for VividCortex

  1. Log in to VividCortex as an Administrator.

  2. Navigate to ORGANIZATION > Authentication.

  3. For Type, select SAML SSO with Okta.

  4. Copy and paste the following into the Federation metadata field:

    Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Done!


Notes:

IDP-initiated flows are supported.

SP-initiated flows and Just In Time (JIT) provisioning are not supported.
