Supported Features

The Okta/Visitly SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Save the following metadata as metadata.xml:

   Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

2. Login to your Visitly account as administrator.

3. Navigate to Settings > Integrations:

   

4. Select Single Sign On, then click Install next to Okta:

   

5. Click Choose File and locate and select the metadata.xml file from step 1.

6. Click Save:

   

7. Done!
