How to Configure SAML 2.0 for UserEcho

  1. Sign into UserEcho as an administrator.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Single sign-on (SAML2). The screen shown below opens.

  3. Select Yes for SAML enabled.
  4. Enter the following SAML SSO URL:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
  5. Enter the following Remote logout URL:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
  6. Copy and paste the following x.509 Certificate:

    Sign in to the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
  7. Select Save.

  8. Done!

Note: IdP-initiated and SP-initiated flows are supported. Just in Time (JIT) provisioning is supported.

For SP-initiated SSO, go to http://<yourSubDomain>.userecho.com/, where <yourSubDomain> is your UserEcho subdomain. Select Sign in/Sign up.
