The Okta/Forma SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Sign in to your Forma instance as an administrator.
Go to Settings > Advanced.
Make a note of your App ID value.
Click New SSO Configuration.
Enter the following:
IDP Issuer (Entity ID):
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
IDP Metadata URL:
Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
Click Save.
In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Forma SAML app and scroll down to Advanced Sign-on Settings.
