How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Testable

  1. Login to your Testable account as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Account > Settings, check SAML 2.0 Authentication, then enter the following (see screen shot at end of step for reference):

    • IDP Metadata: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign in to Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

    • Team Login: Enter your preferred Subdomain Name.

    • Click Update Settings.

  3. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Testable app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Subdomain Name from step 2 into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  4. Done!


Notes:

IDP-initiated flows, SP-initiated flows, and Just in Time (JIT) provisioning are all supported.

For SP-initiated Flows

  1. Go to: https://[your-testable-subdomain].testable.io/login.

  2. Click Login with Okta:
