How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Synata

  1. Sign in to Synata at https://app1.synata.com as an administrator. Select the gear icon on the top right, and then select Admin in the menu that opens, as shown below.

    Note: If the gear icon is not visible, reload the page.

  2. Select SSO Integration on the left, as shown below.

  3. In the window that opens, enter the following IP SSO URL, as shown below.

    Sign in to the Okta Admin app to generate this variable.

  4. Enter the following IP Issuer, as shown below.

  5. Cut and paste the following X509 Certificate, as shown below.

    Sign in to the Okta Admin app to generate this variable.

  6. Select Save.

  7. Done!

    Note: Synata supports an IdP-initiated flow only. SP-initiated flows and Just In Time (JIT) provisioning are not supported.
