How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Subspace

  1. Go to https://admin.subspacesw.com and login with your email address and the password.

  2. Select the Users link on the left side of the page, as shown below.

  3. On the Users page that opens, select the gear icon next to the text Single Sign-On: Not Enabled, as shown below.

  4. Copy the following IDP Metadata into a text file. Save it with the file name metadata.xml.

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  5. Select Import New Metadata, as shown below. Navigate to the metadata.xml file you just saved when prompted.

  6. After the metadata is imported, the message Single Sign-On: Enabled appears.
  7. Done!

    Note: Subspace supports both IdP-initiated and SP-initiated flows.
