How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Splan Visitor

  1. Contact the Splan Support team (support@splan.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Save, then include the following Metadata file with your request:

    Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The Splan Visitor Support team will process your request and will provide you with a Provider ID value. Save this value.

  4. In Okta, select the General tab for the Splan Visitor app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Provider ID value you saved in step 3 into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!


Notes:

IdP-initiated flows are supported.

SP-initiated flows and Just In Time (JIT) provisioning are not supported.
