How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Skyhigh Networks

The Okta/Skyhigh Networks SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Skyhigh Networks Support team (support@skyhighnetworks.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account. Also ask them to provide you with the Audience URI value.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Identity Provider Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • X509 Certificate: Download, save, then attach the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
  3. The Skyhigh Networks Support team will process your request and will provide you with an Audience URI value.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Skyhigh Networks app, then click Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS section.

  6. Enter the Audience URI value provided to you by Skyhigh Networks into the corresponding field.

  7. Click Save.

Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Base URL field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to Skyhigh Networks.
