Supported Features

The Okta/Singlewire InformaCast SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Singlewire Support team (https://www.singlewire.com/support-tools) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following Metadata file with your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The Singlewire Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Singlewire InformaCast app, then click Edit.

   • Encryption Certificate: Click here to download the same-cert.pem file. Click Browse to locate it and Upload to Okta.

   • Click Save:

   

5. Done!
