The Okta/Showpad SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Log in to Showpad as an administrator.
Click the gear icon, then select Admin Settings:
Select Sign-On, then click Add Configuration in the Single Sign-On section:
Follow the steps below:
Name: Enter Okta.
Protocol: Select SAML 2.0.
Click Next:
Follow the steps below:
Metadata Source: Select URL.
Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:
Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you
Hash Algorithm: Select SHA-256.
Select Identity resides in the NameID element of the subject.
(Optional) Check Auto-provision accounts for new users when they log in to enable Just In Time (JIT) Provisioning.
Click Save:
Still on the Sign-On page in Showpad, click the info button:
Make a copy of the Showpad Entity ID and Assertion Consumer Service Endpoint values, then click OK:
In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Showpad app, then click Edit.
Enter the Showpad Entity ID and Assertion Consumer Service Endpoint values you made a copy of in step 7 into the corresponding fields.
Select Admin or Standard as the user role.
Click Save:
