How to Configure SAML 2.0 for ShowPro

  1. Send an email to ShowPro and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

  2. Provide the following with your email:

    • IDP Metadata: Copy and paste the following metadata:

      Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you.

    • IDP Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following URL:

      • Sign in to the Okta Admin app to have this variable generated for you

    • IDP Issuer/Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Login URL/SignOn URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • x.509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following (in PEM Text format):

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. ShowPro will notify you when SAML has been enabled and will provide you with values for ACS URL and Audience Restriction URL.

  4. In Okta, select the General tab for the ShowPro app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the values for ACS URL and Audience Restriction URL into the corresponding fields.

    • Click Save.

  5. Still in Okta, select the Sign On tab for the ShowPro app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the following into the Default Relay State field:

      https://showpro.anyonehome.com/sign_in_with_okta

    • Click Save.

  6. Done!

Notes:

IdP-initiated flows are supported.

SP-initiated flows and Just in Time (JIT) provisioning are not supported.
