Supported Features

The Okta/Schwab Compliance Technologies SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Schwab Compliance Technologies Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following data with your request:

   • Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. The Schwab Compliance Technologies Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email with additional configuration details, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes

Make sure that you choose the correct value in the Environment drop-down under the General tab in Okta. Choosing the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to Schwab Compliance Technologies.

SP-initiated SSO

After the Schwab Compliance Technologies Support team enables SAML for your environment, users will receive an email containing a deep link that can be used to sign in to their accounts.
