How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Sample Tracking

1. Contact the Sample Tracking Support team (abalajee@indxtechnology.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Include the following information with your request:

   • Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • entryPoint: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

   • cert: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. The Sample Tracking Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes:

IDP-initiated flows and SP-initiated flows are supported.

Just In Time (JIT) provisioning is not supported.
