Supported Features

The Okta/Saleshood SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO
• IdP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the SalesHood Support team (support@saleshood.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Provide the following information:

   • x509 Certificate: Copy and paste the following certificate in PEM Text Format:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • Login URL/SignOn URL: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

   • IDP Issuer/Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:

     Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

3. The SalesHood Support team will process your request. After receiving a confirmation email, you can start assigning people to the application.

4. Done!

Notes

• Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Sub Domain field under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to SalesHood.

• The following SAML attributes are supported:

  Name	Value
  email	user.userName
  login	user.login
  first_name	user.firstName
  last_name	user.lastName
