How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Revivn


Read this before you enable SAML

Enabling SAML will affect all users who use this application, which means that users will not be able to sign-in through their regular log-in page. They will only be able to access the app through the Okta service.

Backup URL

Revivn does not provide backup log-in URL where users can sign-in using their normal username and password. You can contact Revivn Support (support@revivn.com) to turn off SAML, if necessary.

Configuration Steps

  1. Login to your Revivn tenant as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Settings > SAML/SSO Connections.

  3. Turn SAML/SSO - ON.

  4. Select the Okta radio button.

  5. Enter the following:

    • Identity Provider Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Security Certificate: Save the following as okta.cert, then click Choose File

      to upload it to Revivn:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Click SAVE CHANGES:

  6. Done!

Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:


SP-initiated SSO

  1. Open https://[subDomain].revivn.app/login URL.

    Note: If you do not know your subDomain value, contact Revivn Support.
