How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Reprints Desk

Supported Features

The Okta/Reprints Desk SAML integration currently supports the following features:


Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Reprints Desk Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your organization. Also request that they provide you with a SSO ID value. The SSO ID value will be used for SP-initiated SSO.

  2. Include the following with your email:

    • Identity Provider Single Sign-On URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Identity Provider Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • X.509 Certificate: Save then attach the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. The Reprints Desk support team will contact you once the setup is complete..

  4. Done!


Notes

The following SAML attributes are supported:

SP-initiated SSO

Open the following URL: https://www.reprintsdesk.com/login/login.aspx?sso=[your_SSO_ID].
