Enabling SAML will affect all users who use this application, which means that users will not be able to sign-in through their regular log-in page. They will only be able to access the app through the Okta service.
Backup URL
R&D Logic does not provide backup login URL. Please contact the R&D Logic Support team in order to reset/change SAML configuration.
The Okta/R&D Manage SAML integration currently supports the following features:
Contact the R&D Logic Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your organization. Also ask them to provide you with an Alias value.
Include the following information with your request:
Metadata URL: Copy and paste the following metadata URL:
Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.
Entity ID: Copy and paste the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
Certificate: Download, then attach the following:
Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.
The R&R Logic team will process your request and will provide you with the Alias value.
In Okta, select the General tab for the R&D Manage SAML app, then click Edit.
Enter the Alias value provided to you by the R&D Logic team into the corresponding field.
Click Save.

Where [alias] is the Alias value from step 3.
