How to Configure SAML 2.0 for ProductIP

Supported Features

The Okta/ProductIP SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the ProductIP Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account. Also request that they provide you with the Tenant identifier value.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • SSO URL: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Certificate: Download and save, then attach the following certificate to your request:

      Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

  3. The ProductIP Support team will process your request and provide you with the Tenant identifier value.

  4. In Okta, select the Sign On for the ProductIP app, then click Edit.

    • Scroll down to the ADVANCED SIGN-ON SETTINGS.

    • Enter your Tenant identifier value (step 3) into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!
