How to Configure SAML 2.0 for Polestar SaaS - MyPayPortal

Supported Features

The Okta/Polestar-SaaS-MyPayPortal SAML integration currently supports the following features:

Configuration Steps

  1. Contact the Polestar Support team at support@paymanager.co.uk and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account. Also, request that they provide you with an Organization ID value.

  2. Include the following information with your request:

    • Certificate: Download and save, then attach the following certificate:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

    • Issuer: Copy and paste the following:

      Sign into the Okta Admin Dashboard to generate this variable.

  3. The Polestar Support team will process your request and provide you with an Organization ID value.

  4. In Okta, select the General tab for the Polestar SaaS - MyPayPortal app, then click Edit.

    • Enter the Organization ID value provided to you by Polestar into the corresponding field.

    • Click Save.

  5. Done!


Notes

Make sure that you entered the correct value in the Organization ID field (step 1) under the General tab in Okta. Using the wrong value will prevent you from authenticating via SAML to Polestar-SaaS-MyPayPortal.
