Supported Features

The Okta/Paladin SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• IdP-initiated SSO
• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. Contact the Paladin Support team (support@joinpaladin.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. Save then attach the following Metadata file to your request:

   Sign into the Okta Admin dashboard to generate this value.

3. The Paladin Support team will process your request and provide you with the Relay State value.

4. In Okta, select the the Sign On tab for the Paladin app, then click Edit.

   • Enter the Relay State value provided to you by Paladin into the corresponding field.

   • Click Save.

   

5. Done!

Notes

SP-initiated SSO

1. Go to: https://app.joinpaladin.com/account/login/.

2. Enter your email address, then click Next.
